The Gigwatcher 02/04/2008

Flying Penguins etc.

Penguins soaring overhead I might just have believed, but the news that the BBC are re-commissioning Lily Allen's TV show for a second series has just got to be an April Fool.

Hasn't it?

*koff*

Moving swiftly on, here are the gigs I delicately plucked from the back pages of this week's NME:

Put a fork in me, I'm done; this afternoon I was mostly listening to The Maccabees and Maxïmo Park, hence I was in quite a foot-tappingly good mood. Be sure to join me next week when I'll be wearing a banana suit and intimidating the fruit flies.
