The Gigwatcher 12/11/2008

Much Ado About Nowt

You know there's something not quite right with the world when MPs discuss the weekend's X Factor result over arguably more important matters.

What was it Groucho Marx said about politics?

*koff*

And so to business; plucked fresh from the back page's of this week's NME, here's what's coming our way over the next few months:

I'll try and conjure up some time this weekend to add the above gigs to the (sadly neglected) SoMC Events Calendar. Given that I'm no great shakes when it comes to time management I probably won't get around to it (and will instead decamp in front of the telly to watch endless repeats of How It's Made). Here then are a hand-picked selection of gigs up and coming over the next seven days to keep you going...

Well, ruffle my hair and call me Susan, that's me done for another week; today I was mostly listening to Kraftwerk, Leftfield and Afrika Bambaataa. Be sure to join me next week when I'll be climbing the European cheese mountain.
